The Art of Self-Compassion
Creative resources, tools and workshops to help you practice self-compassion.
I created these resources from my own experience with a harsh inner critic and lots of struggle with shame and self-doubt.
Through studying art therapy and through my own arts practice, I have found engaging with the creative process to be healing and empowering.

Through creative activities we find a window into another way of being that is not always accessible in our day to day lives.
I have found that through actively practicing self-compassion I have been able to cultivate a kinder and more supportive internal voice that helps me to confront life's challenges, take risk's and embrace life.

Workshop Testimonials
“In the workshop, I was guided to reconnect with my creativity and curiosity, while also acknowledging the judgmental voice within me. The most important thing I came away with were tools to hold space for my inner critic.
Liz has an incredibly gentle nature and is a strong facilitator. I had a really beautiful time and would go again just for fun.”

– Maddi Boyd, mother and Counsellor.
“Liz has helped me transform the way I handle the stresses of so-called adulthood and has taught me how to be more gentle and kinder to myself. Her vibrational energy is always so gentle and caring, it’s hard not to be taken on a whimsical ride whilst in her presence. She has truly found her calling and it resonates with me and others alike on such a deep level.”

– Bernadette Garamvolgyi, Youth Worker.
