My name is Lit… I am a neurodivergent, trans non-binary artist and Creative Arts Therapist.

My lived experience informs the way I hold space, offering a practice that is affirming, explorative, and co-created with you.

I offer a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and gender-affirming service that embraces lived experience and celebrates each individual’s unique strengths and challenges. My practice provides a safe, inclusive space for creative expression, healing, and self-discovery.

I am a master’s-qualified Creative Arts Therapist and a member of PACFA.
